C360 produce exterior and interior high definition 360 photography and videos at key project milestones (pre-pour, pre-line, in-ceiling services, completion) providing an important visual archive of the construction process.  These images and videos document as-built conditions at key project milestones, ensuring information is not lost throughout the course of the project. 

Simple 3D laser scanning provides detailed Point Cloud survey of as-built conditions with a dimensional accuracy of up to 1% of the final built environment.  Captured data can be exported to REVIT design software to create comprehensive BIM As-built documentation.

C360 provide a wide array of construction progress photography to aid in the verification of construction progress against key project milestones.  

C360 end to end construction photography solutions can be tailored to meet the specific technical requirements for the project.  Key deliverables typically include: 

  • Aerial Drone Mapping
    Carried out at regular project intervals (typically monthly). Aerial mapping tracks onsite progress at regular intervals as building structures are constructed and buildings enclosed.

  • Façade Verification Imagery
    Exterior high definition Façade photography, capturing the façade installation at key intervals during the façade installation process.

  • Pre-pour slab mapping photography
    High definition vertical slab mapping photography that is stitched together to provide a single high-definition image.

  • Time Lapse Photography
    Time lapse photography of the full construction cycle or key elements of the build process.

Our high definition 3D modelling at key project milestones (pre-line, 1st fix in ceiling services) allows long-term reality capture of the built space.  Future applications allows building owners, facilities managers and contractors to look behind wall, ceiling or floor linings to map key service paths and primary structure locations without intrusive investigations or disruption to operational spaces.
